Terms of Service

By accessing or using PrepState (prepstate.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

PrepState is an AI-powered job search workspace for software engineers. It enables users to track job applications, receive AI-generated CV analysis, cover letters, and interview preparation materials.

You must create an account to use PrepState. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to reverse-engineer or copy AI outputs for competing products; uploading malicious content; circumventing subscription limits; or violating any applicable law.

PrepState offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are processed via WayForPay. Subscription fees are charged in USD (converted to UAH at the current exchange rate). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.

PrepState and its underlying AI infrastructure are owned by Наумчук Дмитро Олександрович. All content you create (CVs, notes, cover letters) remains your property. You grant PrepState a limited license to process and display your content within the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs (CV analysis, cover letters, match scores) will result in job offers or are free from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepState's total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
