Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services with immediate access to AI-powered features, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be granted if: the service was not accessible due to a technical error on our side for more than 72 consecutive hours; or a billing error resulted in an incorrect charge. We do not issue refunds for partial months, or if AI outputs did not meet your expectations.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request to prepstate.dev@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email and the date of the charge. We will respond within 5 business days.

4. Founding Member Plan

The Founding Member plan ($4/month) is available to the first 30 users and is locked at that price for life. Refunds for Founding Member subscriptions follow the same general policy above.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent account suspension. Please contact us at prepstate.dev@gmail.com before disputing a charge with your bank.
